Her martial arts prowess is equally impressive, with multiple black belts and experience in Krav Maga, Muay Thai, BJJ, and Kenpo.
Beyond the mats and arenas, Alex's love for sports knows no bounds, diving into golf, basketball, water sports, and running with equal passion. Her experiences as a female athlete have given her profound insights into the nuances of hormonal impacts on performance. Battling endometriosis since her teens—a challenge marked by severe symptoms and multiple surgeries—Alex's resilience is a testament to her strength.
